Odd that you should ask, I have a working 1722 sitting next to me. I bought two
of these and so far all I have done with it is play the Star Trek game that's on
the disk.

If you still need the disk let me know and I can attempt to copy it. Just a
standard 5 1/4" disk as far as I can tell.
