I had the same problem when printing out the CATBox .pdf. I could find no way to fix it (yes, I did try all of the invert options, fiddling with the printer etc. etc.) except using a different computer with an earlier version of Acrobat (I used 3 instead of 4). It was printing to a LaserJet 4 Emulation.
