I picked up a nice ECOMMS Inc. BugTrap Model 8000 RAM tester that checks the following dynamic (only) 4116, 2118, 4164, 41256, 41128, 411000, 4416, 4464, and 44256. Does an access time test and a continuous test. Has caught errors in 4116's that only show up when they are pushed to their access time.

Now, eventually I'd like to modify it or make an adapter, to do the older dynamics 2101 (or what ever the number is - used in Space Invaders etc....)

If it could do static that would be great, but those testers are expensive!
