What Fluke manual is this?

I cann't ID it & the sell said....

I just copied the name verbatim from the binder. I will look inside to see
if there are more specifics on the models covered but I doubt it.
Presumably, the training section covers all 9000 series units.
If I learn more, I will write again.

It looks like 9100 style manuals but I am not sure.
