WOW that is expensive !!!!
For 2114 i use a modempu-a by jdr it will also do all ttls and d and sram and program epoms and pic's
just make sure you get the scuzzy card with it ,and it will only work under dos with a computer with a iso slot (no laptops)
so it is not hand held

i also have a tst100 and it works great for a hand held but no sram support
