Hooking up a Commodore 1084 or Philips CM8524 or Atari SM1425 to your Fluke 9100

If you ever want to hook up one of these great little monitors to your Fluke 9100, here is the type of cable to use:

These monitors are still pretty widely available, I picked up two of these for between 10 and 15 Euro's locally, check your local Craig's list, e-bay etc.
They were also sold under the Ancona brand in Europe and probably Magnavox in the US.
