Hi Andrew.
Yes, I have an HP 10529A as well as a BK Precison 550 (TTL9 and a 552 (CMOS)
but as, I said, I don't find them 100% reliable.
I'm thinking about a B&K Precision 560 like this:

Do you say that it behaviours more or less like a comparator?
