Not a DAC! That's an analog multiplier. I've bought a bunch for the
Star Wars display correctors-- I'll resell some for $5 each in singles
if you need any. (They're cheaper than that from a distributor, but
you'd probably pay $9.95 shipping and need to buy at least 25, so $5
isn't too outrageous I think. Takes $5 to get my attention now-a-days.

Those are digital switches. You should be able to use the ADG201AKN or
DG201ACJ from JDR Microdevices (1-800-538-5000). They're cheap -- only
about $1.35 each.

Those are probably AM6012's... I doubt you'll find a cheap cross
reference. I bought some AM6012's in surface mount (only thing I could
find) and made a run of Surfacemount->DIP adapters to make a drop-in
replacement for the part Atari used. I've still got some left-- $8
each.
