TMS4016-15NL is probably a 2Kx8 150ns part. I'd suspect that a 2016 or
6116 is a close cross to it. Anyone know for sure? 150ns or faster
should be fine.

ECS is probably the manufacturer, HC-49/U is the case type (small-ish
metal can, full height). Odds are good that it would work just dandy.
I don't think that Mouser has a minimum order either so that's handy...
