Vector Troubleshooting Page

Hi All,
  I put up the info that Paul, Me and Kevin posted the the list on
troubleshooting vector boards. It is pretty ugly right now, but it is
there. Kevin's stuff needs to be put into tables but it lists the STJ's
that involved Asteroids (that Mike K wanted) repairs and has the text
for them until I can get the pics from kevin.
