It wouldn't take much to make a little board like the "reset adapter"
 from the Tempest Multigame that would take between 2 and 6 logic level
switch inputs and close a relay when they're all "closed". Just hook it
up to a selection of switches that are not likely to be pressed during
game play and tie the relay output to the coin switch. Add credits
without dropping quarters, turning on free play, modifying the cabinet,
etc.

Some (most?) games probably work if you tie the start buttons to the
credit switch too...
