Reminder: mailing list service name changes on Monday, July 5 1999 (fwd)

Just a reminder, all - no vectorlist on the 5th of July. You can spend
more time fixing your Ampliphones and 6100s now that you won't have to
watch vectorlist closely. :-) Read the message below for an important
change if you filter vectorlist e-mail using the address.
