I think Diamond has two full-time "go-betweens" up at Microsoft to deal with
that issue. They're Diamond employees, but have offices in MSFT buildings
on MSFT's campus. Development groups in DIMD can ask them to find answers
for us from MSFT people and that's all they do all day... Scary.
