Seeking Tube Information

I will be attempting to convert a 25" med res monitor into an Amplifone
XY next week and would like to understand the issues that I will be
facing.

For instance, do all tubes have the same power requirements?
Or do I need to somehow look up the specs on the tube from somewhere
to compare them? Where can I find the specs on a tube?

Will I need the original flyback as well as the WinTron HV transformer?

All insight is greatly appreciated.
