Either would work here. Tantalums are better FOR SOME THINGS. In this
particular case they will work just fine. Where you have to be careful is
where there are high surge currents without sufficient current
limiting---they will explode. But you have none of that here.

R106 can be either as long as it is a 3 watt or higher resistor. R701
should NOT be wirewound, metal oxide is fine. R901, R907, & R926 can be
either due to filter capacitors being used with them.

Personally I'd use either wirewound or FLAMEPROOF metal oxides. The only
problem with flameproofs is that you can't tell when they go bad visually.
But they don't catch fire, they just go open.
