On my gravitar the gap between the overlay and the bottom edge is 1/16"
And the bottom of the yellow line is 2 11/16" from the bottom. (my yellow
line is 2 5/8" from the edge of the overlay + the 1/16" to the edge of the
CP)

where the hinge is located exactly 1/8".
