Try http://www.national.com/pf/LM/LM305.html#Datasheet

Sure, try
http://www.digikey.com/scripts/US/DKSUS.dll?Detail?Ref=88002&Row=54126 at
Digikey. They are out of them right now, but this is a common enough part
that they shouldn't have any problem getting more. Looks like $1.75 each
unless you go nuts and try for the price break. The part in an 8-lead metal
can is LM305H.

Two places that actually have them in stock right now are Gerber Electronics
(465 in stock at $1.34 each) and Allied (37 in stock at $1.47 each). Gerber
drops to $1 each at 25 pieces and $.80 each at 100 pieces. Allied drops to
$1.05 each at 25 pieces and $1.03 each at 100 pieces.

Gerber Electronics is at www.gerberelec.com and Allied is at
www.alliedelec.com

There is also an LM305AH, but that is well over $4 from anyone. Also pricey,
but in a pinch you can use the NTE/ECG1928 or the SK7642.
