Ralph Baer
Graduated 1949 American Institute of Technology
First job was designing a Home tevlevision set for New York Based Loral.
He tried to sell the video game idea then.
The first actual prototype of a video game was built byBob Tremblay according
to Ralphs design. The was in 1964, long before Pong or atari was a glimmer
in Nolan's eye.a HUGE and very in depth article was recently printed in Electronic
Gaming Monthly. It was the January 2000 issue. There are pictures of the original
prototype they built, which still works to this day.
