RE: Dedicated MH Roller Replacement - Finished.

It should be .3125, Just checked the model and it was right. I had the
bearing modeled and its OD is right on the money, the bearing support is
referenced to that. Not sure what happened to the print to make the
dimension come out wrong. I will update the .pdf on my site sometime
tonight.

The 0.188 hole on the encoder shaft is to pin it down while you thread in
the disc. I just put one in the idler shaft to be consistent. I actually
made mine without either hole. CRS should work fine, growing a few
thousandths case on the shaft would be ideal, but I have a feeling that they
will hold up well without it.

DAD! I mean James!
Quick question. Why are the dimensions for the bearing holders off?
Going in
a 1/2 inch and doing a radius of .308 gives a bearing clearance of .618 not
.625
and what is the purpose of the .188 holes in the shaft? I can see the hole
for
holding the shaft for putting on the encoder wheel but why in the other
roller.
I spun down a rod for 1/2 CRS for my shafts
