I think Duncan already hashed this out on the newsgroup a couple weeks ago?
He was mostly annoyed that people would pay for it because they didn't know
it was free, but he didn't have a problem with people paying for it because
they didn't have blank EPROMs or the equipment to do it themselves.
(Basically the "doing it as a service" argument.)
