Found the problem over the weekend, reversing the two transistors blew the
3A 250v fuse on the monitor board, replaced it after swapping the
transistors and the monitor works great!

One minor new problem (after installing the cap kit) the X axis barely
scales down far enough on the screen, and I can't adjust it further down
using the pot on the PCB.

Any ideas?
