The problem I am having with the color yoke is getting a match for the Crt I want to use. I am trying to find a matched yoke for the crt that has the right horizontal characteristics and then just rewind the vertical again. As long as the yoke was made for the crt and nothing gets to out of wack when rebuilding it it should have very good results also. Yes you will have to converge and adjust a bit, but I think it will be okay.

I will say this though- getting a yoke to work properly with a color tube will be much tougher......
