Looks bootleg...I see no Atari copyright or part number at the bottom, either.

I'm intimately familiar with the details of several versions of Tempest
CPOs, but I've never seen one like this.

First, the colors are strange. In general, it appears the it's blue where it
should be pink and purple where it should be blue. Plus it appears as though
there a some sections of color missing, such as the extended white blob near
the scoring (should be pink).

Second, the players are represented by 1 and 2, not little people.

Third, the arrows on the spinner.

What's up with that?
