Yes, in this case you need to think in terms of the *monitor* definition of X and Y axis, not in terms of Tempest. Thats why in the case of Gravitar the problem flips to the bottom half, going by the monitor that is really the same quadrant as the Tempest problem. As Jeff stated, Y axis.
