The -)|- symbol is on the circuit diagram, I just didn't know how to read

The circuit could be used for either; as displays go, it's agnostic ;-) It
just pages a large EPROM.

I don't know how many vector games only require a ROM swap, though. Seems
vectors vary more in hardware and controls than rasters do.
