Lunar Lander coin mech questions

Firstly, please bear in mind I'm in the UK. It's relevant in this case. :)

My Lunar Lander cab has in it the original coin drop door and assembly, but the two coin mechanisms have me a tad puzzled.

As they are a bit corroded and seized up I want to strip down these two mechs, clean them up and reassemble. Shouldn't be a problem as I am, if I say so myself (;-), pretty good with dismantling and reassembling mechanics - it's electronics I have an issue with!. Even so, there is always a chance that I'll be unsure where a part goes during the reassembly process, so just to be on the safe side I set about trying to find an exploded diagram of the mechs.

After a lot of research, a phone call, provision of some digital pics AND a few emails I contacted Coin Controls in the UK and obtained from them a technical manual on the S10 mechanism, which is the mech being used for the left coin slot in the door.

The thing is, the mech on the right is the US mech, made by Coin Mech Inc, Elmhurst, Illinois.
Is it likely that this mech was adjusted to accept UK coins (I can't test it because, as mentioned, it has seized up). Or maybe when it was used in the arcade it was blocked up or similar? Does anyone maybe have a manual for this mech please with exploded diagrams of the assembly? I've hunted around on the Vectorlist archives but can't find anything relevant but I might have missed something.

In case it interests anyone, I am trying to get permission from Coin Controls in the UK to publish the technical manual for the S10 on a web site as I'm sure it will be useful to some people, most likely those in the UK! :)

I hope this research (and any answers) benefits someone. :)

Thanks,
Phil
