As some of you know, I live to cross-reference parts (I'm a VERY lonely person!),
so here goes:

BD530 and MPSU57 (and MPSU51, MPSU52, & MPSU56) crosses to ECG/NTE189 and SK3200
BD529 and MPSU07 (and MPSU01, MPSU02, & MPSU06) crosses to ECG/NTE188 and SK3199
MJE172 crosses to ECG/NTE292 and SK3441
MJE182 crosses to ECG/NTE182 and SK3188A

I believe the MJE172 and MJE182 are in a different case style (T0-220)

MCM Electronics has the MJE182 (TO-126 case, NPN, 100V, 3A, 1.5W, ECB pinout) for
$1.62 (1-4), $1.42 (5-9), etc, etc, up to $.82 if you buy at least 250. The
SK3188A is $4.45, the choice there is a no-brainer.

For the MPSU57 they substitute the MPS-U56, at $7.57 each down to $4.66 at 250+
quantity. But the SK3200 is only $2.80 each.

For the MPSU07 they substitute the MPS-U07 at $12.83 each. The SK3199 is $3.37
each.

The SK3441 is $3.09 each.

Checking with Mouser, here is what they have:

NTE189 for $5.45 and SK3200 for $2.95
SK3199 for $3.55

Both companies have the parts in stock.
