About 2 years ago these were still available NOS at the factory through
distributor (if you ordered by part number). Tom Gomer cleaned them out and
had dozens of each style. I am quite sure he has at least 1 of each left
which could be used to scan. I have 1 of them left (NOS) but don't know
which one it is and it is already on loan to a guy who probably never will
scan it...
