Suggestion for "Symptoms: Deflection transistors continuously shorts:"

I've found on the 19V2000, shorted D608 (Y sec.) or D708 (X sec.) will fry
the pre-amps Q607 or Q706 respectively.... Leading up to the
TO-3's. Replacing the shorted transistors will not help if the D's are
still bad.....
