Which HV diode is that exactly? The Ampliphone has an integrated
FBT/Rectifier (what they call an IFTM);
the HV diode is not really what you'd call a user serviceable part...

Subject: VECTOR: Replacement for amplifone HV diode

For anyone who is interested, I have found a suitable replaement for the
amplifone HV diode.

It's R1500F from Mouser.

They're only 28 cents too.

Does anyone have a full datasheet on the BU406d?
