RE: Replacement for amplifone HV diode

Which HV diode is that exactly? The Ampliphone has an integrated
FBT/Rectifier (what they call an IFTM);
the HV diode is not really what you'd call a user serviceable part...

Does anyone have a full datasheet on the BU406d?
