Very cool! I want one....This appears to be for both Raster and
Cinematronics Vector monitors. Also the Japanese 100 volt and + Sync Raster
monitors. I suspect it also does the WG B&W and Colour vector monitors, but
am not so sure about the Electrohome/Sega GO-8 as they use a different
signal setup as I recall from the difference between the Electrohome and
W.G. Monitor Vector Test Fixtures.

I don't see how MAME can help you, the ROMs in this are not part of a
Microprocessor system, rather they are used as lookup tables for generating
the various outputs. You REALLY want to back up these three 2716's!!!!

You don't happen to have a schematic for this would you? Pity...perhaps
someone will trace it out, not a heck of a lot of parts for what it does...
