Asteroids ROMs and PCB revisions?

Does anyone have a good breakdown of the different Asteroids ROM and
PROM data used with each PCB revision? I have the following (incomplete)
list:

Asteroids (-01 Revision PCBs) uses PROMs
Asteroids (Alternate -01 Revision PCBs) uses PROMs
Asteroids (-02 Revision PCBs) uses ROMs
Asteroids (-03 Revision PCBs) uses PROMs
Asteroids (Alternate -03 Revision PCBs) uses PROMs
Asteroids (-04 Revision PCBs) uses ROMs
Asteroids (-05 AND -06 Revision PCBs) uses ROMs

I know there are two different Asteroids ROM revisions (cleverly called
Revision 1 and Revision 2). Is there a certain PCB revision that has the
'new' ROMs on it?

Also, does anyone have the code parsed into the PROM formats?
