Scope Settings for Sega Sound Problem

I'm trying to debug a Star Trek cockpit with no sound.
There doesn't appear to be anything coming from the sound
board. But, I'd like a quick sanity check from you guys
if someone has the time.

What should the scope settings be?

What levels should I see on these pins while sequencing
through the sounds during self-test? Maybe there's a
better method for troubleshooting? Thanks for any advice.
