 Thank you for your input, I appreciate it,
likewise I immediately thought of the Voltage
on Board, so Verified the +5V, -5V, +12V and -12V
All of which are very well within Tolerance,
especially the +5VDC.

 The Audio REG II Board appears to be 100% Functional.

I don't remember the Star Wars board, but - - -

Get the schematics. If you dont have them, find and print them. I hard
spies is back up.

Check that the right voltages are at the inputs -- all for all the different
voltages you need.

Next, start checking any voltage regulators on the board. Again, I don't
recall what SW has, I remember Space Duel had it's own regulators, one was
blown.

After that -- I don't know, as all my problems have always been voltage
regulators.
