Contrary to what everyone is saying, these are *NOT* security TORX
screws, but rather security (or tamper proof) Allen or hex-head screws
-- there is a difference.

Security Allen is hexagonal shaped w/ a security pin.

Security Torx is a six-pointed star w/ a security pin.

Most of the places previously mentioned will also carry the bit you
need. I've bought mine from Widget Supply:
