Amplifone 13" XY (pat-9000) help

Hello.

I have an Amplifone 13" XY monitor, the one that came with the PAT-9000.
As you might expect, the thing doesn't work.

The board is a combined deflection/HV board and it looks like various
parts have been replaced in the past in an attempt to fix it.

The HV area is basically the same as the common 19" & 25" counterparts but
some stuff is a little different. There is no long metal heatsink for the
+/-24 regs. Instead, there is a large metal "cage" that surrounds the
flyback and some other components, and the +/-24 regs and the BU406D are
mounted directly to that.

It appears that that cage is connected to ground via screws that mount it
to the board.

I don't know which of those 3 items are supposed to have the insulators
that insulate the tabs from the heatsink ground.

Does the common amplifone HV board have the heatsink for the regs
connected to ground, and is that fin-type heatsink for the BU406D
connected to ground?

Mine came with all 3 with the rubber type insulators, but IC an't trust it
because it looks like it has been worked on a few times, so I can't trust
it. That Amplifone FAQ seems to talk about those items with and without
the insulators.

If anyoen has one of these working and could visually inspect the
situation for me, that would be super!

Any help would be appreciated.
