cooling is vital with i-robot, in the base of the cab below the pcb is a fan and a hole for a second fan.
make sure the fan is moving air and consider fitting a second fan.

if the pcb overheats for too long you will need to replace the video chip!

also consider replacing all the caps on that evil switching powersupply they used!
