Bad low-ESR caps comming out of Korea

Seems there has been a high rate of PC motherboard failures lately due to
bad low-ESR caps. I've also heard this has been a problem in power supplies
for the last few years.

Anyone who fixed a board with off-brand caps lately might wan to keep an eye
on them. I'm fairly certain the ones I've gotten are always Vishay or
Nichicon
