Re: What are you doing with your ZVG?

With Zonn's help I have written a little demo of the ZVG just to
experiment with drawing vectors in realtime. I have been using DJGPP as
my environment after I had problems getting a usable DOS version of
Borland. I too am using a PIII (450mhz) to drive the ZVG.

This weekend I publicly displayed the ZVG to a bunch of classic game
players and collectors (including Jeff Minter - author of Tempest
2000/3000). Suffice as to say that they were very impressed and excited
at the prospect of new vector games in the future as well as emulation.

Next on the cards is to write a simple game. I'm learning C as I do this
so it is taking me ages. My aim, eventually, is to do something along
the lines of a vector-based Sinistar, using a spinner for the direction.
