dont panic, i have both.

the 2.2R resisters are on the 'original?' P316 pcb,
and the 3.9R are used on the newer P329 series.
also, on my 329 the 3.9R resisters are 3w, not 2w.

it's just a mod to reduce maximum current flow i suspect.
