When ordering the new HV unit for an Amplifone, it does come with the resistor.

Make sure that they are in stock before you get your hopes up. I bought the last few, but more may be in stock now. Also, the Amplifone
requires you to install a resistor and rob the wiring from a HVU board, so make sure that you preorder the parts that you need if you are in a
hurry.
