BZ: +5 DAC shorted

I am troubleshooting a sick BZ board. The board has no obvious signs of
life. The 7805 has correct input voltage, but no output and is screaming hot. I
replaced it with a new part, but same result. That means that there is a
short right? What are some likely culprits?
