I would just build a new adaptor using the instructions (for MH in a Grav)
in the RGVAC conversion FAQ. Disabling the pre-x/pre-y sounds dubious to
me.
Failing that, I believe I have the schematics for both the Tempest->MH
conversion pcb and the SD/GRAV/BW->MH conversion pcb. Send me your address
and I'll snail mail you a copy.
