Yet another WG6100 problem

I'm not really sure where to start on this one :-)

Got another non-working WG6100 today, and started looking at it. Had a
couple bad chassis transistors, so I replaced all 6.

Powered up, checked the HV (19.5kv), heater is working, deflection is
working (can hear it chatter). Occasionally would see some green lettering
on the screen. (Hooked up to a Star Wars).

Turned the brightness all the way up, now I have red and green, although not
everything seems to be the right color. Also, when the scrolling words
first appear at the bottom of the screen, they are much brighter than the
rest of the screen until the scroll up towards the middle, and they are
green. I have no blue at all on the screen. Adjusted the two blue pots on
the neckboard, nothing. This is a known working neckboard from another
monitor.

With no input signal and the brightness all the way up, I have no dot or
anything. Also, to get any picture when I do have signal, the brightness
has to be just about all the way up, but either way I have no blue.

Any suggestions appreciated, as always!

Thanks

Robb Gonyer
