Even though the TTL chips may survive, others might
not. Specifically, I'd check the bipolar proms. I
recently repaired a Black Widow that was accidentially
run at 7v (bad A/R II) and the only thing that I found
that had been affected were the bipolar proms. They
were all dead. I replaced thouse and everything was
up and running.
