Got any old UPSes lying around with shot batteries, or know where you
can get one? Last I checked, most UPSes are basically fancy 12v
inverters.

There was an old project in Radio Electronics, or Circuit Cellar a
little while back where someone turned an old UPS into their vehicle's
inverter. Basically added a fan for continuous duty.

   Peace!
