Does this always happen at the same location in the game regardless of
how long it has been on? If so, you have a game board problem.

Subject: VECTOR: Star Wars "bloom" problem with a twist:Update

After reading through the archives again, I came upon a suggestion to
replace the fuse holder. I just replaced it and all of the fuses. I
still have the bloom (haven't applied the suggested mods as of yet),
but the brightness now remains the same after the Death Star
explosion. It isn't until the third wave that the screen starts to get
dim during a massive dog fight with most of the screen filled with
images of blasts and tie fighters. My next step is to replace the
large blue CAP on the power brick.

Regards,
Tom
