Wells Gardner transistor sub

Hello Group,
Can anyone suggest a good sub for the shorted positive power supply
pre-transistor, Q100, in the Wells Gardner 19K6400 from my Tempest. I am
unable to cross the numbers 71-1 on it.
It also cooked the 15 ohm resistor but not the power transistor.
Any thoughts on the cause.
