Well its good to see there being made again and the translucent roller
is defiantly a plus! But $200 apiece is $115 more then I charged
everyone who bough one off the list.
Looking over their web site I can make a few assumptions.
Spare Controller Base Note: May fit Basement Arcade Repro controller.
Spare Bearing Supports (x4) Note: Will NOT fit Basement Arcade Repro
controller.
If the supports don’t work in my frame then their frame won’t work with
my supports
If you want direct replacements stick to the main supplier, me or them.
Spare Encoder Board Mounting Bracket Note: Will fit Basement Arcade
Repro controller.
The design is completely different from my setup, so unless my frame was
used to reverse engineer the making of the new bracket, thy SHOULD not
be interchangeable
The timing of this is funny as I was writing G-code for my CNC this
week, to make more of these, But I may direct my attention elsewhere
under the circumstances… Or maybe there’s some room for competition?
A reminder to all, that since my was based off of the Atari unit, their
Spare Stainless Steel Encoder/Idler Shafts don’t fit anything but their
controller, but My shafts fit mine and Ataris (and I still have spares
for sale)
