6100 Problem

Hi Everyone,

I just rebuilt my 6100. With a full cap kit from Bob Roberts, and a LV2000. It powers up now. (I bought it dead) But it has one problem. When you first turn it on. It flickers no/off for about 45 seconds. Then it will display the screen fine. The best way to describe it is, It's like a florescent light with a bad starter. I checked my voltages and I only have 160v at pin 5 on P900. Could that be why ? The rest of them look good. I'm stumped... I checked and rechecked everything. Any idea why pin 5 is low ? Also when it's flickering the spot killer lights. The only part I didn't replace was the HV adjustment. Should I have ?

Defection board is P314 w/ IPC (replaced 2 bad resistors on IPC)
HV board is P316

Anybody see this before ? I checked the archives and found nothing.

Thanks,

-Ron
